Well, it's been three months since I started going to the gym Monday to Friday every week, except for one. I started going only one hour every day after work, then added a thirty minute routine in the morning. Why go to the gym at all though? Why try changing this or anything for that matter? Like everyone who makes changes in their lives, it's because I hit my rock bottom. When the simple tasks, like walking up the stairs, caused me to be out of breath, I knew something had to give, I knew that eating more cheeseburgers wasn't going to help me at all. I knew I wasn't going to get a white knight to save me and make all of my problems go away. Going to the gym and eating the right way was going to be the winning ticket. So hence the twice daily routine. I started at 183.3 pounds, I am now down to 161.5 pounds, I still have quite a bit to go, but with the guidance of my trainer @crisvegas7 I know I'll get there, with time and patience, anyone can accomplish anything!!
I am also an amateur photographer since 2008 and have been uploading a lot of photos to Flickr. My specialty is landscape, but I have been taking a lot of photos at museums over the past year and have been broadening my artistic taste.
