Core exercise: Opposite arm/leg raise

Here is another short video one of my favorite core stabilization exercises the opposite arm/leg raise

A few things to remember when trying this exercise
-Try and not let your hips or shoulders move at all
-draw your belly button in as far as you can ( picture trying to get into a small pair of pants and they wont quite button)
-This exercise is all about control move slowly
-make sure your lower back doesn't sag down
