Hello!
Today we have a very interesting recipe: chicken meatballs with a nonstandard ingredient.
Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 25 min.
Number of servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken, 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Parmesan cheese, 20 gr.
- Green apple, 0.5 PCs.
- Breadcrumbs, 20 gr.
- White bread, 150 gr.
Cut off the crusts from the bread, fill the flesh with a small amount of water.
Cut the onion into cubes, rub the cheese and apple on a small grater.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the onion over high heat for a minute and a half.
Allow the onion to cool slightly and mix with minced meat, pressed bread, apple and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Form meatballs, to breaded in breadcrumbs and fry for two minutes on each side over high heat.
Next, either fry on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning periodically, or bring to readiness in the oven for the same time at 180°C.
Serve, sprinkled with grated parmesan.
Bon appetit!
