Hello!

Today we will cook very interesting version of the famous appetizer of Jewish cuisine.

Difficulty: 6/10
Cooking time: 15 min.
Number of servings: 5

Ingredients:

  • Herring, fillet, 300 gr.
  • Cream, 33%, 50 ml
  • Cream cheese, 50 gr.
  • Butter, 50 gr.
  • Eggs, 2 PCs.
  • White bread, 50 gr.
  • Apple, 25 gr.
  • Red onion, 25 gr.
  • Apple vinegar, 25 ml
  • Green onions to serve

Put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for 5 minutes and fill with ice water.

With bread cut off the crust, soak in cream.

The main principle of this recipe all cut by hand and as small as possible.

Fillet first cut into slices...

...to strips and small cube.

Peel the onion and Apple and chop finely.

Eggs clean and cut similarly.

Mix eggs, bread, onion, apple and apple vinegar.

Add melted butter, cheese and mix.

Serve with rye bread and green onions.
