SEC-S20W3 | 2nd Time: Pasta.

I'm happy to participate in this challenge because I have learned new thing, follow me till the end to find out how I made my pasta ball from scratch.

Have you ever made fresh pasta at home? What was your experience like? Tell us.

I have been eating pasta without thinking about how it is made, when I came across this challenge I was anxious of learning it, that is to say this is my first time of making fresh pasta at home.

Since I'm a novice in baking it was tough for me, I did the first mixing and it came out too watery. I have to discard it and made another one with little water . Upon mixing all ingredients together I wasn't able to cut it to my desired taste. I have to mould it like ball which was not the initial cutting plan.

This is the ingredients and the process.

  • Egg (1)
  • Flour (1milk cup)
  • pinch of salt
  • Water

I started by filtering the flour, then pour in a bowl , add the small salt and mixed together,the egg mixed together again . Then I covered it with white nylon and allowed to stay for time . After then I used my bottle which served as a rolling pin the last thing was moulding into ball shape, I boiled my water to hot then I put the mixed ingredients and allowed it to cook. That was how I made my Ball Pasta .

I made egg sauce for the ball pasta, I love what I made it was yummy though the look was not inviting,but the taste was like it.

Which starter and which dessert would go with the main dish you just prepared? Imagine a 3-course menu that goes with your pasta.

Good strawberry juice will go well with the starter.

I love the dessert and I can recommend it to anybody to try.

conclusion

There's always a first time for every thing, learning how to make fresh pasta was my favorite challenge this week, I'm open to correction, and commendations.

Hola. Sin duda tu error al inicio fue agregarle agua, pues no estaba en la receta dada. De igual forma espero que hayas aprovechado esa mezcla para otra cosa, la podías variar para hacer otra cosa.

Se nota que a tu pasta le faltó más harina, por eso te costó darle otra forma. Igual de seguro en casa disfrutaron la comida con una buena salsa y acompañantes.

Seguramente la próxima vez te saldrá mejor al hacer las correcciones.
