Before and after

5 years ago I went through a break-up and decided it was time for a change. I signed up at the closet LA Fitness, and got to work. I went through highs and lows, met some of the best friends a guy could ask for, and shed blood, sweat, and tears. 5 years later and I still love the gym. Now my dream is to help others achieve their goals.
