This evening I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. This is the last treadmill running before my solo full marathon.
今晩は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。これが「ひとりフルマラソン」前、最後のトレッドミル走になります。

This time I did an easy interval training on a treadmill. I repeated 1-minute dash followed by 4-minute jog. As the dash was shorter and the jog was longer, that was not so hard.
今日は軽めのインターバルトレーニングをしました。1分間のダッシュの後、4分間のジョグを繰り返しました。ダッシュを短くジョグを長くしたので、それほどきつくはありませんでした。

Although I'm not in my best condition now, I will be able to stand at the start line of my solo full marathon without any serious trouble at my legs.
現在の調子は絶好調ではありませんが、足に深刻な問題もなく「ひとりフルマラソン」のスタートラインに立つことができそうです。
