Also today I went out for running after work.
今日も仕事の後、ランニングをしました。
As I didn't feel any pain in my left knee during 12 km running yesterday, I intended to run 17 km today.
昨日、12km走で左膝に痛みが出なかったので、今日は17km走るつもりでした。
I was able to run comfortably before the last phase of the workout, but I got a pain in my left knee at around the 16-km point. So I stopped the workout at the 16.6-km point, just before the finish.
終盤まで気持ちよく走れていたのですが、16kmすぎくらいで左膝に痛みが出てしまいました。そのため終了直前の16.6kmでワークアウトを中止しました。
I'm shocked that I was not able to finish only 17km running. This time the iliotibial band inflamation seems to be pretty serious.
17kmすら走り切ることができなかったのはショックです。今回の腸脛靱帯炎はかなり深刻なようです。
