It has been almost 12 years since we last saw Oscar Dela Hoya inside the ring when he was defeated by Manny Pacquiao. Now Dela Hoya wanted to go back to the ring and fight. He is now 47, I don't think it's the right decision to fight. But it seems he is decided.
