True fact. A practice of daily meditation can help reduce stress and depression. Things have shifted and transformed for me so much since I started this practice. The main benefit I have found is that I can witness my thoughts and not react to them. My name is Brenna and I am excited to join this community of natural medicine. I look forward to learning lots and hopefully I can share my gifts and help others. I noticed that there is not a lot of community in mediation or yoga.
