These diet cutlets will turn out to be no less juicy and tasty than fried ones.

Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 1 kg
- Egg 1 piece
- Semolina 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
- Bay leaf 1-2 pieces
- Black peppercorns 3-4 pieces
Preparation
- Peel, chop and chop the onions and carrots using a blender or a fine mesh meat grinder.
2 ․ Chop the chicken fillet into small pieces and chop with a blender. Combine onions, carrots and chicken.
It is best to grind minced meat for this dish in a blender: this way it will have a denser and more viscous texture, and the cutlets will not fall apart.
3 ․ Add egg, semolina and flour to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the minced meat well and form patties with wet hands.
- Add bay leaf and peppercorns to the water in a double boiler. Steam cutlets for 20-25 minutes.
