I couldn’t follow up on the walk that I did yesterday, so had to settle with my trusted staircase. Since morning, I have done four trips up and down my apartment and will do more. That’s cool.

Today’s workout was at home.
- Arm curls for the biceps
- Hammer for the biceps
- Triceps
- Overhead press for the shoulders
- Farmers Walk
- Squats
Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics
I did not do any body weight exercises today.
Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting
Today is a personal variant of diet (or fasting). I am only on tea and will continue for the next 24 hours.
Let’s see how that feels.
