最近有两则新闻，虽然被控制了热度， 但还是引起了很多人的关注。他们分别是西安的家长集体抗议，来自河南的中考移民，挤占了他们的教育资源。另一个新闻就是，齐齐哈尔市一所高中体育馆的屋顶发生了垮塌，压死了11个学生。这两件看似不太相关的事情，其实有很多相似之处。 第一就是他们都与孩子有关。第二，他们都和高中教育有关。

这两件事就是典型的触犯了软肋们的利益。西安的家长抗议事件，其实真是太阳底下没有新鲜事。原因其实已经讨论过很多次了，就是因为中国的教育行业，特别是学历教育行业，被政府高度垄断，导致资源严重不平衡。这种高考移民的现象早就存在了，在教育资源丰富的省份，高考的分数线就非常低，而一些教育资源不丰富的省份，高考分数线就很高。这样一些有门路的家长就会通过各种手段，给自己的孩子办理高考移民到分数线低的省市去参加高考，从而获得一个比在出生地高考能够上的更好的大学。虽然这种情况大家已经诟病了很长时间，但是能够进行这类操作的很大一部分是体制内有能量的人，所以他们也不会有动力去补上这个漏洞，从而把自己后代的门路给堵死。

而现在这种现象居然向下扩散，出现在了中考上面，原因是不知是哪位领导搭错了筋，出了一个高中阶段强制分流的政策，就是所有的中考升学的学生中强制让50%的学生读不了高中，分流到中专和职业职高中去。我记得我读书的那会儿，口号还是提高人口素质，要普及高中的。怎么社会发展了，这个教育体制反而倒退了？盲猜领导的想法是让中国有更多的廉价劳动力，维持住世界工厂的地位，让世界各国继续依赖廉价的中国制造的商品，这样他在国际上才更有话语权吧。

当然即便没有出台强制高中分流的政策，如果学历教育仍然是被政府垄断的话，也还是会出现这种教育资源严重不平衡的情况。这是类似计划经济体制所必然产生的结果，因为它不会以人们的需求为出发点，自下而上的调整资源分配。而是依赖于指令计划，从上而下的分配资源。而放在陕西西安家长闹事这件事情上，就是因为西安的教育资源多，中考压力相对较小，使得相邻的河南省大量的学生涌入，从而挤占了本地考生的中考名额。尽管家长们在强烈抗议，但估计这件事情也不会向西安家长们所希望的方向发展，因为一来搞中考移民的大部分还是体制内的，有门路的。二来，这也是西安政府有意为之的，就是因为现在的房地产市场已经明显萧条了，这严重影响了地方政府的土地财政收入。它需要吸引新的人口来为房地产买单，而西安相对丰富的教育资源就成了西安政府的一个筹码，吸引外地人入户，为房地产托市，为土地财政买单。所以不管从哪个方面来讲，西安本地的家长和他们的软肋们肯定是被牺牲掉的。

所以要解决这个问题，抗议是不会有任何作用的。也许人们应该转变观念，把学位学历看淡一点，而企业家们应该发挥主观能动性，创造更适合市场需求的民办教育，可以看出大家接受教育的期望和需求还是非常高的，这一块市场一定大有所为。当然，这其中的法律法规的约束和障碍也是很多的，但是不干怎么能够冲破这些障碍呢？

同样的，齐齐哈尔篮球场垮塌的事件也从另一个方面反映出了教育的现实，一方面国家把大量的资源投入到非常有限的高中阶段教育上面，但整个教育系统的效率却是非常的低下，特别是东北这种经济停滞的地区，你费尽心思挤进了那前50%，上了一所高中，最后在这个学校里的建筑安全质量都无法保证，孩子随时会送掉性命，这简直可以说是地狱笑话了。

而且昨天在网上看到一个视频，一位被埋学生的家长在有理有节地表达自己的诉求，问为什么不让医生和他沟通他孩子的情况，他的孩子生死未卜，他赶到医院来，却只有警察挡在大门口，也没有一位领导来慰问和安抚他们。从新闻上看，被埋的15人中只有4人生还，这位家长的孩子很大概率是没了的，所以看得让人特别揪心。也让人感慨为什么有关部门的相关人员如此的没有人性，没有同理心。其实不是他们没有同理心，他们有，只是他们无法和遇难者的家长产生同理心。因为官僚体制的利益掌握在上级手里，他们只会站在上级的角度，与他们的上级产生同理心，用维稳的心态看待遇难和利益受损学生的家长。不过这样做也要小心软肋有时也会让他们的家长变刚强。
