🎇食材:
里脊肉、料酒、白胡椒粉、鸡蛋、盐、玉米淀粉、生抽、糖、醋、番茄酱
做法:
➡️里脊肉切成手指大小粗条
加入1勺料酒、1小勺盐、小半勺白胡椒粉、1个鸡蛋搅匀腌制20分钟
➡️腌制好的肉裹上玉米淀粉
➡️锅加热倒油烧至7成热,把肉一条条放入炸4分钟后捞出,在复炸1分钟至金黄色捞出
➡️调酱汁:4勺番茄酱➕2勺糖➕2勺醋➕1勺生抽➕1勺淀粉➕3勺清水,搅匀
➡️锅留底油倒入酱汁,煮沸浓稠后倒入炸好的里脊肉翻炒均匀,撒熟白芝麻出锅
