今天妈妈买了荷叶来做糯米鸡,荷叶先提前泡软,用电饭煲煮糯米饭,在这过程中把鸡肉去骨,切成小丁,然后炒鸡肉,加入香菇丁,加入酱油蚝油调味,把鸡肉炒香备用。等糯米煮好后,先用酱油蚝油拌匀调味,勺出一半的糯米饭铺平在荷叶上,然后上面再铺鸡肉,再放一半的糯米饭在上面,用荷叶包起来,蒸的时候将糯米鸡倒扣就不怕散开了,最后蒸15分钟就可以了。包了六个大大的糯米鸡,明天的早餐就有了。
