Materials
potato 3 capsules
Minced garlic 5-6 petals
Cracked black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Unsalted butter 15g
Cooking Oil 1 teaspoon (5g)
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Rinse with clean water to remove the starch on the surface, drain and set aside. Chop the garlic and prepare a small piece of butter, no need to soften it. Prepare the black pepper. I use freshly ground black pepper here, but you can also use black pepper powder directly.
Steam the potato cubes for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Fry the steamed potatoes until fragrant and golden brown.
Add unsalted butter.
Turn to low heat and gently shake the pan to allow the butter to melt without burning the bottom.
Add minced garlic.
Add crushed black pepper, and salt.
Stir-fry evenly over low heat.
Done.
The minced garlic is now slightly golden and tastes best.
