Materials
Eggs (bio) 2
sugar 45 + 5 g
Mascarpone cheese 250g
Whipping cream (optional) 40g
lemon juice A few drops
coffee 1 cup
Vin Santo or other dessert wine (optional) 2 scoops
Ladyfingers 150g
Cocoa powder Moderate
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Make the coffee in advance and let it cool down.
Separate the egg yolks and whites. Add 45g of sugar to the egg yolks and mix thoroughly with an egg beater. Pour in the Mascarpone cheese and stir. Then pour in the whipped cream (optional) and stir evenly.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat.
Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
Use a spatula to stir evenly.
Add 5 grams of sugar and dessert wine (optional) to the coffee and mix well. Put the ladyfingers in and turn them quickly before taking them out.
First, spread a layer of butter in the container, and then place the finger biscuits dipped in coffee liquor on top. After arranging them, spread another layer of butter on top.
Place a second layer of ladyfingers, switching direction.
After spreading, spread a layer of butter at the end. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool and set for 3 hours.
I used two glass bowls and followed the same method.
Fill three more cups with coffee. If the ladyfingers are too long, just dip them in the coffee and break them into pieces.
When eating, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle a thick layer of cocoa powder on it. Use a spoon to insert it to the bottom and scoop up a large spoonful of tiramisu with distinct layers. The aroma of milk, coffee and wine complement each other. Come and enjoy the pleasure brought by delicious food!
