Knead all the ingredients (except butter) into dough until it is smooth, add butter and continue kneading until it expands.
Place in a container and ferment until it doubles in size
Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 60g portions, roll it into balls, and relax it for 15 minute
Flatten the dough and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin
Turn over, roll up, close
Put it in the hamburger mold to ferment
Secondary fermentation completed
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven , 180 degrees for 15 minutes (adjust according to your own oven)
Put the sausage into a frying pan and fry until the surface color deepens and the oil seeps out. Wash the lettuce and set aside.
