DIY涼拌豆腐

到超市買兩盒嫩豆腐，再買些蔥，
切成碎末灑在豆腐上頭，
再淋上醬油膏，就是好吃的涼拌豆腐了。

夏天時我特愛吃這道菜，因為方便又涼快，
冬天呢就比較少吃，因為天冷，
總喜愛熱呼呼的食物囉。

但這道菜基本上非常容易準備，
隨時可以上桌，若能加個皮蛋拌入，
就是皮蛋豆腐囉。
