It’s @gravitcaper, folks! The big Winner of the firs big Betman’s Spassky vs. Fischer 1972 Hive Memorial is our @gravitcaper with a sizeable margin!

God willing, Betman will continue to hold tournaments with short seasons that return rewards to participants faster and that generally do not forgive absences. But history will go down with @gravitcaper winning the first Betman’s Hive tournament. As expected, he did not miss the opportunity since his closest competitor, our @stayoutoftherz missed the third round. So the excitement of the Winner was missing, but that does not diminish the success of our Champion. In all four rounds, he showed excellent games that matches his ELO ratings. Let’s see the results of the fourth round:

Congratulations to @gravitcaper and for this occasion we show his flawless game against the closest follower @pamboy27, who would have been a very serious contender for the title if he had not had a bad connection in the first round.

Out of a total of 22 participants of the Memorial, there were 10 Hive members. Those ten Hive members won a total of 154 points, and in a few days we will find out the exact value of one point. Expect soon a post with the exact amount of prizes for all participants. So far it looks like there will be about 30 HBD in the prize pool to be distributed by points, and 10 HBD from the pool allocated by @lighteye will be distributed equally to all Hive participants.
