宵夜不能断
在昨晚大约这个时间。我已经开始起锅，准备宵夜了。
因为打算要喝酒，可能会喝的比较晚，所以就早一点折腾。
这是昨天晚上下班的时候去菜市场买的。

准备着昨天晚上的宵夜。当然，我喝酒肯定是少不了海鲜的。
所以我买了一点五花肉做白斩之外，就买了两斤花蛤。
这样吃起来才比较带劲一些。

我炒这花蛤就是喜欢放一点生姜大蒜头。还有辣椒
当然还有我们的特色美食沙茶酱。也要放一些。
然后再放一点盐和鸡精在里面把它热一热。

达到一定的高温之后再把花蛤给放下去。
然后盖上盖子闷上一两分钟那样子就基本上全熟了。
我唯一鉴别它是不是熟了就去看她那个壳有没有全部打开？

最后一步就是撒上葱花，然后再搅拌搅拌一会儿。
最后一步也就是最关键的一步打起来开酒。
然后不醉不归。😂😂😂😂
