红烧茄子
烧茄子比较费油
但做好了非常好吃,鲜香可口,非常下饭
制作步骤
1、茄子洗净削皮,切成大片
2、热锅加油烧至七成热,可以多放些油,把茄片放锅中煸至金黄色后盛出备用,剩下的油可以倒出继续用
3、多切一些蒜片,烧茄子可以多放些蒜片,炒出蒜香味更加可口
4、锅中继续加油,这次要少量油,烧热后倒入刚煸好的茄片,爆炒20秒,同时撒入蒜末,继续爆炒
5、最后加一勺白糖提鲜,一勺食盐,出锅
