洗好的口蘑去头,晾干水分
鲜虾切泥,打入一个鸡蛋,加少许盐,白胡椒,充分搅拌

把虾泥倒入口蘑,填充充实
口味重还可以刷一层料汁,或烧烤汁

空气炸锅机180度5分钟
爆香的鲜虾口蘑就做好了
