I went to a steamed dish restaurant.This is a restaurant with own farm in Hokkaido and Tamba Sasayama.I ate steamed seasonal vegetables.This is very healthy and tasty.
蒸し野菜ランチ☆
昨日はお休みだったので友達とランチへ。
友達のオススメで蒸し料理の専門店へ行きました！
待ち合わせは13:00。
かなり並ぶかもしれないけど、先に着いたら席を確保しててね！と言われました。
13:00待ち合わせのランチですよ〜。
まさか。
と、思っていましたが…！
テラス席ではありませんよ。
入り口の左右に順番待ちの人がたくさん座っています！
さすが週末ランチタイム！
30分待ちくらいでしたが喋っているとあっという間。
私たちは、たっぷり旬野菜のせいろ蒸しがメインの
蒸し野菜ランチを食べました！
麦ごはんか黒米かを選ぶことができて
ゴハンとお味噌汁はおかわりできます(^^♪
私は麦ごはんを選んで、とろろをかけて食べましたよ。
色鮮やかな蒸し野菜！
そのままでも、少しお塩をつけてもとって美味しいです。
野菜そのものの味が楽しめますよ。
このお店『mus』は北海道と丹波篠山に自社農場があり新鮮な食材を使っているそうです(^^♪
お店は常に満席で私たちがお店を出る頃にも、入店してくるお客さんがいました。
さすが人気店ですね！
日替わりランチもありますので何度でも楽しめそうです(^^♪
