“Aurora Woman”
She has fate. She was born to be a warrior. She got her sword from her great-grandfather who raised her. She doesn’t have any family except her great grandfather but he passed away after he gave the sword to her a long time ago when she was very young. Now she is a woman. She has been wondering about her family for a long time because she believed that she had her family. She decided to go on a journey to find her original family.
On a very cold night, she saw beautiful aurora in a deep dark sky. As soon as she noticed the aurora, it came down from the sky and it surrounded her. She heard a voice.
“You know yourself don’t you? Go to the east and you’ll remember yourself.”
After she heard the voice, the aurora quickly disappeared and went back into the cold deep dark sky.
『極光の女』
彼女には宿命がある。彼女は生まれながらの戦士なのだ。彼女を育てた唯一の肉親である、曽祖父からもらった刀。その昔、曽祖父はこの刀を幼い彼女に託し亡くなった。彼女はもうすっかり大人の女性だ。自分には家族がいたであろうと、長い間信じていた。自分の家族を探すため、旅に出ることを決心した。
極寒の夜、彼女は深い闇空に美しいオーロラを見た。オーロラに気がついた途端、彼女はそのオーロラに包み込まれていた。こんな声が聞こえた。
「自分のことがわかるでしょ？東に行きなさい。そうすれば自分のことを思い出すでしょう。オーロラは瞬く間に消え去り、また元の寒い深い闇空に戻っていった。

私の住む辺りではあまり聞かない話ですが、北の方に行くともしかしたらという意見は耳にします。暖かい土地に住む方にとっては北は遠い話ですよね。オーロラを描くのが好きです。
