Exercise can prevent excess weight gain or aid maintain weight loss. When you get involved in physical activity, you burn calories. Theisre energy the activity, the more calories you burn.
Regular walk to the gym are great but don't worry if you can't find enough time to exercise every day. Any measure of activity is far better than none at all. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more involved throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the Lift or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.
