드디어 신나는 연휴가 시작 됐어요!~
설레임 때문인지
새벽 3시에 눈이 떠졌어요. ㅋㅋㅋ
마땅히 계획도 없지만 뭐가 그리 설레는지...
약 5년전 어떤 누리꾼에 의해
올해의 긴 연휴가 인터넷 상에 떠돌면서
과연 열흘이란 휴가가 가능한 일인가에 대해서
이야기가 수면위로 올라 왔다고 하더라고요
그때 전 이런 생각을 했지요...
과연 내가 그때까지 회사를 다니고 있을까?
만약 다니고 있다면 진짜 대박이겠다 ㅋㅋ
근데 그 대박을 제가 맞았네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
저희 회사에 17년째 근무중이신 상무님의
이야기에 따르면
사건 사고때문에 쉬는게 아니면
직장 생활 하며 열흘 쉰건 처음이라고
하시더라고요 ㅋㅋ
아마 앞으로도 흔치 않은 일일것 같긴하네요!~
아침 일찍 마트에 댕겨왔는데 역시나
엄청난 인파로 입구부터 막히기 시작하는걸 보니
연휴가 맞긴 하구나 했네요~
저도 이제 본격적으로 계획을 짜봐야겠습니다. ^^
계획을 짜기 전에 오늘도 간단한 레시피 하나
알려드리고 갈게요!!!~~ ^^
오늘 만들어볼 요리는
대패 삼겹살을 이용한 덮밥을 만들어 봤습니다.
두가지 버전을 만들어봤어요.
하나는 간장 양념, 하나는 고추장 양념.
이틀에 걸쳐 올리고 싶지만
옆에서 천상씨가 그건 양ah치 짓이라며... ㅋㅋㅋ
그래서 두가지 버전으로 알려드릴게요~
진짜 진짜 쉬워서
두가지 만드는데 30분도 안걸린것 같아요!~
시작합니다.
일단 간장소스 버전
재료: 대패 삼겹살 양껏, 파 조금
양념장: 간장 3큰술, 미림 1큰술, 설탕 1큰술, 마늘 1큰술
하나. 일단 양념장을 잘 섞어주세요.
둘. 대패 삼겹살을 잘 구워주세요!~ 노릇하게~
굽다보면 기름이 많이 나온다면 키친타월로 좀 닦아주세요!~
셋. 대패삼겹살이 노릇하게 익었을때쯤
파를 넣고 같이 볶아주세요!~
넷. 준비한 양념장을 넣고 쉐끼쉐끼 해주세요!~ 끝~~
밥 위에 간장 양념 대패 삼겹살을 올려주세요!~
양념 소스가 흥건한 덮밥이 아니기 때문에
밥 한술 떠서 고기 한점씩 올려드시면
아주 그만 입니다~
알맞게 익은 파김치를 야무지게 올려서 한입 앙!!!~~
간단한데 정말 맛있어요!!~~
이번엔 고추장 소스 버전~~
재료: 대패 삼겹살 양껏, 파 조금
양념장: 간장 3큰술, 고추장 1큰술, 고춧가루 1큰술,
올리고당 1큰술, 마늘 1큰술
하나. 볼에 양념장을 잘 섞어줍니다.
(한번 찍어 먹어보고 본인 입맛에 맞게 가감해주세요)
둘. 위와 같은 과정으로 고기를 노릇하게 굽고
기름이 많으면 키친타월로 어느정도 닦아내주세요~
셋. 파를 넣고 대패삼겹살과 쉐끼쉐끼 잘 볶아주세요.
넷. 양념장을 넣고 재빠르게 볶아냅니다.
(고추장 양념은 잘 타기 때문에 빠르게 볶아 내는게 포인트!!)
밥 위에 고추장 양념 대패 삼겹살을 올리고
파채도 조금 올려줬어요!!~
야무지게 한입 앙~~~~
아놔....
고추장 양념도 맛있네요... ㅜㅜ
둘다 매력 있어서 전 못고르겠어요~ ㅋㅋㅋ
굽는 과정에서 기름기 제거를 해줘서
생각만큼 느끼하지 않답니다!!
흔히 생각하는 국물이 흔건한 덮밥 스타일은 아니지만
두가지 스타일로 아주 맛있는 한끼 식사가 완성 됐습니다~ ^^

맛있는 식빵 팝콘에 도전하셔서
