01. 준비물


1. 맥주 (무리스럽게 많이 준비하세요~)
2. 등갈비 2팩 (미안.. 그램은 모르겟어.ㅋㅋ)
3. 조미료 (04번을 참고하세요~)
4. 에어프라이어
5. 함께 뜯을 친구(혼자먹을라고??)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

02. 핏물빼고 칼집내기


1. 등갈비를 찬물에 넣고 핏물을 빼준다.
(그냥 둔것 같지만 찬물속에 담겨있는거야.)
(인터넷에선 3시간을 담그라는데???? 뭐얏??)
(난 그냥 10분정도 뒀다 빼버렸어.ㅋㅋㅋ)
2. 하나씩 꺼내서 칼집을 내준다.
(찬물에 담궈놔서 손이 드럽게 시리다~)
(칼집을 잘내야 나중에 소스가 잘 밴다.)
 
 
 
 
 
 

03. 가스렌지에 끓이기


냄비에 넣어서 적당히 끓여준다.
(끓일때 소주를 조금만 넣어주면....)
(잡내가 사라진데?? 몰라..그렇데.ㅋㅋ)
 
그 사이에 소스 만들어야지 04로 고고~!!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

04. 소스만들기


1. 종이에 적어준대로 소스를 모은다.
(미안, 적힌거에 x2 를 꼭 해야함.ㅋㅋ)
(옆의 숫자는 그램아니고, 어른 숟가락임)
(나 글씨 잘쓰지???)

05. 대친 등갈비 헹구기


1. 소스를 다 만들고 나면 이렇게 거품 물고 있음.
2. 금속채망에 등갈비를 올려놓고 물로 행궈준다.
(겁나 뜨거우니 조심조심...)
(이때도 우유나 소주를 뿌리면..)
(잡내가 없어진데..엥? 잡내도 좀 먹자.ㅋㅋ)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

06. 에어프라이즈에 넣기


1. 등갈비에 소스를 잘 발라준다.
2. 에어프라이즈에 차곡차곡 잘 넣어준다.
(10분정도 돌린다.)
3. 뒤집어서 다시 한번 돌려준다.
(역시 10분이나, 타버릴 수 있으니 잘 확인한다.)
