'강식당 라면'
예전 강식당을 보면서 강식당 라면이 너무 맛있어 보이더라구용!!
그래서!!!! 강식당은 갈수없고!!! 제가 집접 끓여 먹어보았답니당:D
재료
양념: 양파, 파, 마늘, 식용유, 고추가루, 후추, 소금
라면, 달걀, 탕수육
양념 만들기
양파, 파, 마늘은 다져줍니다.
후라이팬에 기름을 둘러줍니다.
다진 양파, 파를 기름과 함께 볶아 파/영파 기름을 만들어주세요
다진 마늘도 넣어주세요
고추가루를 넣어주세요 (이때는 꼭!!! 불을 꺼주세요)
후추, 소금을 조금 넣어주세요
이제 양념장이 다 완성되었답니다.
라면 끓이기
저는 강식당에서 사용한것처럼 진라면 사용했습니다.
일반 라면 끓일때보다 조금 더 물을 넣어서 끓여주세요
그리고 아까 만들었던 소스를 1숟가락?정도 기호대로 넣어주세용!!!
그리고!!! 기호따라 계란을 넣고!!! 드시면 된답니당^^
강식당에서는 탕수육을 만들어 올려 먹던데...저는.... 탕수육 없이...ㅎㅎㅎ
그래도 진짜 맛.있.습.니.다. 벌써 3번 만들어 먹었답니당ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
남은 양념은 냉장고에 넣어놓고 다른 반찬 만들때 만들때도 사용해도 좋더라구용^^
그냥 라면 먹는것보다 훨~~~~씬 얼큰하고 단백하고!!
이제는 그냥 라면은 상상도 못하겠다는...ㅎㅎㅎ
전 너무너무 맛있었던것같습니당.ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

저번에 어떤분이 만드시고 싱겁다고 하시길래 물이 추가 되고 간이 안된 양념장이 들어갔으니 싱거울수밖에 없다고 이야기 했었는데.. 소금을 추가하셨군요. tv레시피에서 소금 넣는걸 안보여줬나봐요.
