Radiating Love Meditation / Exercise

Radiating Love Meditation / Exercise is a powerful tool for manifesting love. I'm not going to spend much time talking about the steps to practice this form of love meditation, however. If you are serious about loving yourself and taking your relationship to the next level, you will need to read my other articles on the subject. But what I want to do here, is to give you a quick and insightful summary of the steps involved. Hopefully you will take what you learn here and apply it to your daily life, with great success!


You will need two types of things to start your meditation - a comfortable place to meditate, and some love. First, you need to locate a quiet place where there are no distractions. Usually, this means turning your bedroom into a quiet retreat. Also, make sure you create some space for the meditation - most importantly, have a chair or a bed that is out of the way and put a photo or a flower near it, if you can.

Once you have these two items, the next thing you need to do in your meditation is to come up with an affirmation. Make sure it is positive - don't say things like "I love myself" or "I am happy". Instead, use more upbeat words that make you feel good. Your affirmations should be short but effective. For example, if you are feeling down and blue, you might say to yourself, "I am healthy and beautiful".

Now that you have come up with your affirmation, you need to utter it slowly. Repeat it in your mind over again until you feel as though you are enveloped with love. Keep repeating your affirmations to yourself over again until they become part of your subconscious. This will happen naturally. When it does, you will begin to see your world differently - you will begin to see yourself as beloved.

Once you have come up with your affirmation, you can put it on paper and hold it in your hand or place it in a bag. Whatever method you choose, once you have it memorized, you are ready to meditate! You should not attempt to meditate without this love meditation. It is crucial that you embody the feelings of love you are trying to bring into your life.


The bottom line is that loving yourself is really the most important step when it comes to being in love. Radiate love to others and you will radiate love to yourself.
