Hello friends,
Today I want to share with you tips that will help you start your day in a great way. Check it out and have a great day!
Your body wakes up dehydrated, so it's very important to drink water first thing in the morning. Donna Gates states in her book The Body Ecology Diet that you should drink half the amount of water you should drink daily by midday. This will remove toxins from your system, you will feel less hungry and your headaches during the day will decrease.
You may have a hard time finding someone who gets up without feeling a little stiff. Adding exercise to your morning routine isn't always easy. If you need to pick something, the American Journal of Sports Medicine recommends adding short muscle stretching exercises to your morning routine. Studies show that those who stretch consistently in the morning have increased flexibility, improved circulation, reduced stress they experience throughout the day, and improved posture.
Starting your day with lively and entertaining music will not only wake you up but fill you with positive energy for the day. A 2013 study found that music makes people feel good. According to the participants, two great benefits of listening to music are “mood regulation” and “self-awareness” This activity, which not only improves your mood, but also increases your motivation and performance, also allows you to have a good night's sleep.
Start your day in the bathroom smiling to yourself. Smiling will have a positive impact on your overall attitude and well-being, even if it starts a little bit hard. Smiling makes you more approachable and makes you look more confident. In fact, the University of Montpellier says that smiling also makes you an effective leader.
Life is hectic and morning routines can be rushed a bit. Leaving your clothes on the floor, the dishes in the sink, or taking out the trash later can tempt you while you're running fast. Eliminate them all!
Postponing cleaning up after you gets in the way of realizing your highest potential and getting in the way of your best work. Also, tidying the house allows you to completely relax when you return home. It's always better to pro-actively clean without waiting for the job to call you.
It may be tempting to have many things marked on your to-do list, but doing the hardest job first will make your day more productive and happier. Over time, you will remember that day as a happy day when your day starts to go better and easier. Bonus: it will prevent procrastination by putting the things we want to do the least first.
Meditation, or at least a simple breathing exercise, will help you start your day with calmness. Instead of reaching for your phone and checking your e-mail first thing in the morning, take a few moments to sit and experience the silence.
We do a lot of activities during the day, commit to starting on a quieter note. This will determine how your day will go and will help increase your focus, energy and positivity.
Start your day by reflecting on what you are grateful for. A steady practice of happiness in the morning will increase your awareness of gratitude throughout the day. It will also make you able to overcome the difficulties that you encounter and will enable you to put the event into perspective.
In the quiet of the day, focus your day on the three goals you need to achieve. Make those goals the priority of the day. If you start your day by planning your day with your plans, you will feel more productive at the end of the day.
When listing things to do on a daily basis, be sure to create spaces that will help you solve potential problems. Organizing your schedule with free time will help you achieve your goals. And you can even add some downtime during the day.
One of the most important things to a good morning, is a good night. Having energy for the early morning depends on having a good meal early in the evening. I say early because meals too late will not digest well. Eating early (approx 6pm) and having a stout meal, will help to produce energy for you in the morning as well as promoting a restful evening.

Isn't it great that God created us with the daily cycle in mind. Our bodies restore themselves daily almost as if programmed before birth.
