Life upheavals and financial problems can cause stress. Stressful situations might impair our health and disrupt sleep. They can affect relationships.

There are a few ways to get help if your job's expectations are too severe. First, identify the problem. Overload makes it difficult to do simple activities. You may sense your patience waning, anger rising, and exhaustion. You can't turn off your mind fully. You may wake up in the middle of the night worrying about a client project or corporate problem.
