If you want to blame someone for taxes don't blame the IRS. The IRS is an agency that processes paperwork from hundreds of millions of people while enduring constant budget cuts. They have lost 15% of their workforce in the last 5 years alone. They don't set rates for taxes, that's Congress and the President. They don't get your money, that's Congress and the President. They don't spend your money, that's Congress and the President.

Income tax is voluntary and it is unlawful to create a crime for a "failure to do something" in other words doing nothing!
The term income is not even defined in law thus the term income tax is void of holding any legal grounds in courts.

Its all in your face but if you are the average joe - you'll most likely buy into the illusion created from false interpretations.

Income Tax is voluntary - but if you file it wrong or make a mistake you can be self-incriminating yourself - which is how they get some people - dont file nor pay taxes!

You may be contacted by the IRS - be a non belligerent non-combatant party who is willing to comply. (Because they consider you a terrorist by default) But simply ask to see the law that requires you to pay taxes for your records so you can proceed with your course of action.

There is noo law - they cant show you anything - comply but request the information that they cant provide. Always build a case when dealing with these fictional entities.

They themselves say its voluntary yet within the same breath say you must volunteer!

Well which is it?! Is it mandatory or voluntary?!
The definition of volunteer - is to do out of ones own free will.

This double speak holds no ground in law.
If one were to make a contract in this manner - that contract would be void, thus how can a law be in contradiction to itself?
It cant - truth is there is no law requiring anyone pay taxes.

And the tactics the IRS uses is extortion and its unlawful & the supreme court has ruled in the favour of taxes being unlawful, wining the $175 million dollar class action lawsuit against the IRS by a multitude of people.

Seriously, We CAN eliminate taxation - by eliminating that accounting for Human energy added into a system that accounts for Human energy...i.e., money.
