✘ The worsts days (03-06-2021)

Today I feel like those kind of days when you feel sad, anxious and tired of everything. You want to give up so bad and stop with your shitless rutine and want to do something different but there isn't any motivation, any inspiration and any mood. You just want to stay in bed thinking about your feelings even if they are not good, you just want to stop all this stress.

And you started feeling sick, want to hug somebody so bad or take a walk alone with your fucking mask and tried to breath some pure air even if it's hard because of it. You want to cry but at the same time you want to be strong because you know this day is going to finish even if you feel like it's some kind of longest day in the world but it isn't, is just a regular day.

The worst thing is that you know that other people is feeling worst than you or they are living in a worst condition than you but that doesn't mean that mental health has to be ignored. It's the opposite, the mental health mathers and if you feel like this everyday or every other day you have to get help. It can be with your family, friends or go to therapy because believe me that YOU ARE NOT ALONE and if you don't have nobody you can write or draw because that's make you feel better or at less it's work for me and believe me you are important, you matter and don't to give up.

This day can be the best or can be the worst but it's part of human emotions and I know it's sucks but if part of our lives and we don't have to give up for a bad days or bad months or weeks. We have to be strong together in these times of quarantine, I know I'm asking too much but YOU CAN DO IT. You can change your rutine, your life and create new stuff.

Remember that you can be a better person if you want to and I send you much love and support in these awful days. ❤
