I've been using these small changes to manage my mental health after a long while of having no support. They might seem like common sense to some but it took me a while to really get on top of them. I hope someone might find a couple or more useful :)
Tips:
Get a hobby
Small routines
Time alone
Cut down drinking & drugs
Eat good food
Understanding friends
Read and learn
Have new experiences
Fresh air
Keep a mood or general journal
