Self Care and it's types

Self Care is any kind of activity we do take care of our Mental, Emotional and Physiological health.
There are types of Self care like Physical, social, emotional and spiritual. Like we need sleep, stretching, Walking, Healthy food, Yoga and rest to sustain our good physical health. For being emotionally healthy we need stress management techniques, emotional maturity, forgiveness, kindness and compassion. We have social boundaries, support system,communication with others, spend time with loved ones and some time we need to ask for help. And for spiritual self care, we need to spend a little time throughout the day or night alone, to do yoga or meditation, we can try to connect our self with the nature and visit sacred places. In short to live healthy and happy life we must involve ourselves in some activities.
