Hello you wonderful soul,

We live on this amazing planet, it’s wet, round and crowded. We live in this super interesting time, a secret window where we have the chance to change everything forever. Some days the sun shine, other times there’s falling down icy things on us. Sometimes we can enjoy a soft, warm summer rain. Thunderstorms, northern lights, rainbows and waterfalls. Oh my God, this world is so amazing, it takes my breath away every single day!

Have you ever just tasted a wild strawberry properly, have you ever really really tasted it? Have you ever smelled a wild strawberry or felt it against your skin, felt the texture of it with your fingers? Did you ever observe how it looks like with a childish curiosity like you saw it the first time? This is to be mindful, my friends, welcome to the extraordinary world of mindfulness! It’s about to be awake, interested and excited about the world! How nice with someone who is excited about the world! How nice with someone with a smile on their face without reason!

If you’re awake and if you’re really listening you can see and hear things you didn’t know existed. If you quite your mind you can enjoy the silence and a lot of the keys lays in the silence.

The whole world is our playground! Enjoy the world, be curious about the world! Be interested in everything, and have hate towards no one and nothing.

We can fly to the moon and back and we want to explore space, but ladies and gentlemen, the stars are here. The stars are here. Next to you, all around you, inside of you, we are all stars, and please – shine! Shine so bright over the world and into the universe!
