The photo shows a young female leopard and was taken in Namibia at the Africat Foundation at Okonjima. We had the oportunity to drive in small jeeps around the large area with wild cats. They run a rehabilitation programe for abandoned cubs and they aim at enabeling them to take care of them selves. As we drove around the large area we saw only this leopard. We were able to come very close because she was fed and we were the ones behind the bars!
