How to Meditate

 How to meditate:

  • Get comfortable, preferably sitting with your back straight
  • Focus on your breath
  • When your attention wanders (which it will), just return it to your breath.

I could say a lot more about it, but actually meditating a couple of times will teach you far more than I could ever write.

Great advice. Keeping it simple is best. Unfortunately people often worry if they are doing it right when it's as simple as you described.
