The dirty 30.
I’ll be 30 next year.
I used to feel similar, being lonely, sad, grumpy. I used to just drill sergeant my way to being able to focus and achieve my daily goals. That is… until I learned something about our minds.
You see, our lenses in life get dusty, and we lose sight of the beauty of life. If you focus on the dust too often, it becomes a habit. Soon it becomes our primary focus; this stifles our imagination.
When we close our eyes, we see stored pictures we’ve made, pictures you’ve yet to make, and pictures you couldn’t even comprehend.
Our infinity flows outwards as we all know, but, it also flows inward!
The smallest molecule we know is what we can capture with our technology. The depth gets to be infinitely small. There is no point at which the cosmos stops outward; that same principle applies inward.
We can close our eyes and sink into the infinite depths of our bodies when we decalcify our pineal gland (part of the brain responsible for controlling sleep & mood).
Sink into your breaths, and you’ll find yourself in an overwhelming place of fluidness, oneness. You’ll realize that everything you’ve heard about unity and connectedness, it’s all true. It’s just, most people disconnect themselves via a calcified pineal gland.
