Detox juices with beetroot

Enjoy the cleansing properties of this juice detox and take advantage of the properties of beets to detoxify the liver. With this detox recipe to make juices for a detox diet you will also benefit from beta carotene and vitamin C from carrots and oranges.

Here nothing is lost 👉 The fiber of the carrot and beet can be stored after making the juice and used in soups, to make stew, cookies and vegetarian burgers ... and if the beet has nice leaves like these can be saved and use in the green juice.


Directions

1.-Wash the carrot well and remove the ends

2.-Wash the beets and remove the ends and the fibrous stem.

3.-Peel the orange, but leave the white part under the skin

4.-Crop the celery, carrot and orange and place them inside the blender jar

5.-Add the piece of celery

6.-Clean all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is left

Thank you for the nice tip to use the carrot pulp for vegan burgers! Although i’m familiar with the don’t waste concept (mottainai) in temple cuisine (shojin ryori) i never actually used the carrot pulp.

I have been planning to incorporate beet juice into my life forever but somehow I always fail. Part of the reason is that I stopped juicing beets and started making them into smoothies instead as I felt like I was wasting all that fiber. But now I am thinking about juicing beets again! How many beets do you use for 1 glass of juice?

Depends on the size of it, two small or one large.
