"느티나무" is the Korean word for "Willow Tree".

Translation:

Leaving Cheongpyeong Station,
it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the city.

It has been over 300 years since it took its place at 380 Cheongpyeong-ri.
Despite being around for so long, it's always quiet.
Is it because it has learned humility over its lifetime?
Even on windy days, it is always quiet.

Even when a magpie or a crow flies in and makes a racket,
it acts like it doesn't know and comfortably naps.

300 years have passed,
so it must have seen and experienced a lot, but it keeps its silence.
Even without pointing, it seems to always be learning.
Even without someone talking to it, it seems to always be listening to something.

Today, I came to visit it like I would a friend.
