Hi Dan thank you so much for running this fantastic delegation poll. I wanted to explain what this would mean to #STEEMNURSE and why it would matter so much to us.
The group was founded on Jan 8 2019 and the concept is to give free Steem support though a combination of advice, help, tips, manual curation, and to never take from the members but instead to give to them. My vision is to only receive delegation support from those who can afford to give it. As for the community members I want to offer 100% no strings attached support for them. In fact I have even given delegation to my members on 90 day terms. The current support is coming from my personal account which is resting just above 4800 SP. The people in the community are encouraged to support one another and I am teaching them as the best way to gain a friend is to be a friend.. like wise the best way to gain support is to give support. They are thriving, creating friendships, finding help within the group for any questions they have and more! It really has been such a fantastic experience. I love to give back. I also believe giving is a boomerang effect. The greatest gift I have experienced is the gift of giving. So I am very passionate about helping others. Steem Nurse is a grass roots, by hand, labor of love Steem community. I wanted something unique and authentic to who I am. Reminds me of the difference of when you eat something from a can vs a home cooked meal! This is a Mom & Pop, Grassroots, by hand group that is totally powered by love. I do not use bots when I curate and I have no intention of ever doing so. There is no trail to follow because again this is a hands on approach. I am very passionate and I am dedicated to the Future of the Steem blockchain. All messages I leave for people are also hand written by me so when they see the Head Nurse gave love to their content they will know there was a human writing the message and giving their time to their post from the heart. At any rate I was not going to leave something here about the group but I have noticed many other community leaders have done so. I'm from Poland, and my posts are supported by one man, who makes a really much for Steem community, not only for the polish community. Now I'm saying about @fervi, who is with us nearly two years. He makes a lot of projects, and he is really respected in the polish community. His biggest project is @dgameshop. In dgameshop you can buy games for steem. It is excellent because if you don't wanna to exchange your steem to real money you can buy games directly for Steem.
I know, you can think "this is a next random person from strange country", but it isn't true. @fervi makes a lot of projects, which can make Steem better, but they need promotion. I think the best promotion will be that, his account will can make bigger upvotes, what makes author will post better posts.

@davinci.witness is managing tons of translations for open source projects - they are a witness but don't have a lot of name recognition even though they are working fulltime and making sure a lot of talented bilingual people on this blockchain are being rewarded on a daily basis and making sure cool projects get more visisibity thanks to readability in more languages. I don't hate steem monsters. They've made it so people actually want to come here. Despite Ned's seeming insistence to make this place a ghosttown wasteland.
And I'd still rather give the money to a number of charities that teach people to use computers, rather than giving it all to a private company.

This is why I believe @steemonboarding is the best bang for the buck. Not only does it focus on recruiting new users, but they intend to teach people with 2 minute video tutorials all about STEEM. They are doing this in as many languages as possible. I've read that they have over a hundred videos recorded in multiple languages. I "walked in the room" so to speak almost a year ago when @thedarkhorse began a brand new contest designed to promote undervalued steemians. At the time, he figured three weeks and that would be it. I'm pleased to say that he turned out to be wrong.
The Pay it Forward Curation Contest @pifc - has evolved to be one of the best regular contests on Steemit! We have a dozen or more entries every week meaning that a couple dozen bloggers are getting featured - sometimes for the very first time in their journey on Steemit.
It is my favorite post of the week and when @thedarkhorse needed an extra judge one week and asked if I would step in, I was quick to agree - as long as I could keep entering as well. I've not missed a single week since it began - something I'm proud of - because this contest really is something not to be missed.
As a community, @pifc would benefit enormously from this delegation, allowing us to increase the rewards of our entrants and featured bloggers. Currently, each winner is given a share of Steem Basic Income, but it would be wonderful if a @pifc upvote was worth a lot more, it would encourage more people - both to enter - and to produce higher-quality posts - things that benefit all of us on Steem.

Rumoh Agam is an orphanage program for the teenager (boys), we have any program like writing class, internship program, football program, and English club.
Why @rumoeh.agam need a delegation because we can't pay the volunteers of what they've done, so that we will honour them by giving the upvote.
Soon, for the each meeting the volunteer will write about the meeting process with the teenager, something like the report activities in their steemit account. So I think it can be good.

I would have said @musing, because it has got brilliant prospect and brilliant objectivity but the reason why I won't choose it is because it seems the people behind it are showing lack of enthusiasm to rejuvenate their decentralized app since their delegation was taken away from them and this is the main reason why I wouldn't go for it even if I love the project and the aim of the decentralized app so instead I would rather go for @steemhunt because it has shown awesome prospects and the concept behind it seems to be totally well orchestrated even if I'm not really a hunter I believe I have learnt so much from people who use it so definitely this is why I will go for it I would have really loved you to ask us to choose more than one decentralized app like making a scale of preference. Sir @theycallmedan, I nominate esteem @esteemapp. In my opinion, esteem has worked well in giving consistent curation and this has helped the community to develop. Moreover, esteem currently has 2 applications (esteem mobile and esteem surfer). This application makes it easy for users to be able to activity anywhere and anytime. Curation was also given manually and in my opinion the curator team there contributed greatly to the eradication of plagiarism. The community in esteem also has learning places such as the esteem university so that the steemian can learn to get to know steem further. You should enter @crowdmind into the pool! I would recommend delegating to @impactn in the future as that project shows a lot of potential but is still in the very early stages. Also, I would say @dsound is great as they are a huge onboarder for the Steem community and (I believe) have lost their Steemit Inc. delegation so are now in a bit of a tough spot. And then, now that I'm thinking about it, @spunkeemonkee seems like a great one to delegate to...

Why?
I think @minnowsupport is the only project here in steemit that helps newcomers and minnows without taking a single penny in any possible way.
Since I have joined steemit, I really did a self research on how to attract more people, how to gain more steem and how to earn better here. Aa I am an unemployed man right now, I am unable to invest money in here and the only way for me to get exposure in here was to work hard, interact more and look for better opportunity.
