Classic Mimosa salad with Salmon

Salmon fish is one of the most nutritious dishes in the world, a treasure full of many nutrients. Vitamin B12 and omega-3 fatty acids are also found in plenty in vitamin, mineral system.

But do you know that salmon fish is also effective in preventing diseases like cancer, boosting metabolism, fighting diseases like heart health, mental health, bone, skin and eye health etc.

Ingredients


  • 6 eggs;
  • 100-150 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2-3 bulbs;
  • 200–250 g of canned fish (salmon, pink salmon, saury, tuna or others);
  • 200–250 g of mayonnaise.

Cooking



Eggs boil boiled for 10 minutes. Separately, rub the proteins, yolks and cheese on a medium or large grater. Leave the butter in the freezer for 30–40 minutes. After grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into small pieces and pour boiling water for a minute or two, then drain the liquid and rinse with cold water. Mash the fish with a fork and pull out large bones.

Lay in a plate layers of proteins, cheese, fish, onions, butter and half the yolks. After each layer, make a mesh of mayonnaise or just grease. Sprinkle the remaining yolks on top. Refrigerate the salad for an hour or two.
