Not sure if too scared, picky, or defeatist...lol

By the way, all those methods are legit, according to Google.

As for why Ollie is no longer allowed on the couch, it's because he sheds far too much and the fur just...CAKES onto the fabric. He's still allowed on the bed though lolol.

Here's the wip!

If you have dogs, are they more like most dogs, or like Ollie? Or do they have their own weird little couch quirk? Let me know in the comments!

I had no idea about the pillow thing. Our Labrador is forever sneaking onto the couches at night while we are sleeping. We can never catch her as she slips off the second she hears us get out of bed hahaha. Will try this sometime.

Cute! Ollie is one of a kind I think. If I put pillows down, my dogs would be using them to get comfy on the couch! 🐶

Poor Ollie! Lol. Our great dane sneaks on the couch at night and we've had to use pillows too.

ollie's so cute !!!!! omg!!! .... my dogs only wants the couch when im on it, and if i'm not, they have no interest .... hahaha... but i hear you about the furrrrrr

it is a very difficult dillemma.... because i like snuggling with the doggos on the couch ; __ ;

Ollie sounds like nice little buddy. Did you name him by the skate ollie?

We had a collie dog that would go on the couch when we weren't around; we gave up in the end trying to keep her off; she had a mind of her own and did as we asked when we were around but did as she wanted on her own

It depends on what kind of dog Ollie is - some dogs actually function closer to cats in terms of jumping on things. If it's not a flat surface and they don't perceive they can get up on it easily with something in the way (like pillows) and decide not to risk getting hurt over it.

We have a husky so I hear you about the fur, though. Best thing I can tell you is to get a pair of easy to remove couch covers. Take one off to clean it and put the other one on, keeps the actual couch from getting too dirty due to doggo fur ^^

I'm not sure if this would work with my babies. The leader of the pack often leads an example how to conquer the sofa lol. Now two of them even sleeps on the bed with us but something we got used to, snuggling with our babies. Loved the way how you showed it thru your comics.

Hahahaha this is funnee! I turn my sofa around when I leave the house. My little Yorky always wants to sleep on the couch! 😂

Yay, another comic! xD
Lol, feels other worldly for Google to suggest so many deterrents!
Good thing you don't need them, coz of Ollie :)

Ha! That's funny. I don't have any couches, but my dogs pretty much own the beds! lol.

Interesting comics) We haven't got a dog))

Yup, ours is a Type I f'sure.

LOL! Yep, our dog is a rescue, and the strangest things totally freak him out. I swear we could put a big fluffy cloud on the couch and he'd be like, "Yeah no, I'll just stay here on the floor. " Nicely done comic, @corinneiskorean!
