요즘 호치민에 시도때도 없이 비가온다.
더울때는 비가그립더니 맨날오니 기분이 칙칙하다.
이렇게 하루종일 비가오는날이면 옛사람이 생각도 나곤하는데
이럴때마다 내가 아직 낭만이 남은건지 나이가 먹어 청승이 늘은건지 가끔 헷갈린다.
밥은먹어야되니 비가얇아진 틈을타 비오는날마다 자주 먹는 얼큰쌀국수 먹으로 가보자...
이모 그거주셈요..
그냥 앉으면 알아서 주신다.
메뉴가 이거 하나뿐이다...
떳다.... 베트남 바질이 듬뿍....감자탕 고기도 약깐 듬뿍...
아무리 배가 고파도 현지인들 맛있게 먹는 레시피를 어길수 없으니
상위에 있는 양염 하나하나 빠짐없이 넣어본다. 고추기름,핫소스 등등..
특히 라임은 많이많이....
비타민이 최고다...ㅎㅎ
매콤소스 찍어 고기도 드삼...

아이구 요즘 죽게쌈 ㅋㅋㅋ
그래도 으샤으샤~~~
다시 바질러서 처음부터 바질쌈....
우리동네 짬뽕없으니 비오는날 베트남생활자가 얼큰한 국물이 땡길때 먹는 얼큰 바질상추 쌀국수
베트남 에는 한국인에게 알려진"퍼"라는 납짝한 쌀국수도 먹지만
남부지방에는 태국처럼 얇은 쌀국수로 유명한 "후띠에우" 도 인기가 많답니다.
가격은 우리돈 약1200원.... 야채 이모가 계속주는데 애교떨면 무제한 입니다.ㅎㅎ
테이스팀씨 미안.... 나두 고급진것좀 올려야되는데.^^
다시 공부하러 카페로 가야겠네요...
아이구.. 비너무온다...
이런날은 음악이나 들어야되..ㅎㅎ
