ラーメンは麺バリカタ派なのにうどんは麺やわめ派のosarusanです。
前記事で投稿未遂に終わってしまったTasteemのコンテストに再挑戦します。
私が紹介するのは、とんこつラーメンの発祥元とされる"久留米ラーメン"の名店、「清陽軒」です。
いくつか支店があり、私は画像の諏訪野町本店に行きました。

とんこつラーメンといえば、こってりしたイメージをもたれる方も多いかと思います。
こちらの「清陽軒」ではややこってりめな"屋台仕込みラーメン(593円)"、ラード不使用であっさりした"すっぴんラーメン(同じく593円)"と準備されています。
私はこってり好きなので"屋台仕込みラーメン"とセットで餃子(セットだと＋315円、単品だと352円)をオーダー。
ややこってりとはいえ上品めなとんこつラーメンで、スルッと食べ終え、替え玉(111円)も頼んじゃいましたw
女性の方も食べやすいラーメンだと思います。
実際、私の姉はこの「清陽軒」の大ファンです😀
写真を撮り損ねてしまいましたが、こちらはやきめしも美味しくてオススメです。(単品444円、ラーメンとセットだと＋380円)

ちなみに今回行った諏訪野町本店は、車じゃないと行きづらいです。
もし、電車で行く場合は支店の文化街店なら、JRおよび西鉄電車の久留米駅から徒歩10分ほどで向かえます。
(文化街店は繁華街近く、営業時間が18:00～27:00とだいぶ違うのでご注意を😅)

久留米は福岡でもどちらかと言うとこってりイメージあります。
そして麺はバリカタ。うどんはどんどんおつゆを吸って膨れて行く軟め派。福岡の王道ですね。

こっちで以前とんこつラーメンと言うと、太麺の家系ラーメン等のギットギトラーメンばかりだったのを思い出しました。
うどんは福岡県人熱く語りますよね😅

九州ではほとんどとんこつラーメンの店だけだったんで、九州出て他種類や家系のとんこつにもハマった時期もありました( ´∀｀)

うどんは讃岐も好きですが、よく考えると、どんどんだしを吸って食べても食べても減らないうどんが懐かしい❗ごぼてんうどんが食べたい😢
