The cupcakes are revolting in their sugar sweetened rush. They want blood. So they gather all the fighters of the lands for an epic tournament.

hey, first, second and third prizes are ok but the 4-32th place prizes are very low if you take 1000 dec as entry fee. I think you need to minimize the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize and divided them to the 4-32th place winners.

I am sure many of you had played hundreds, if not thousands, of steemmonsters matches. There must be a few battles where you are so proud of. It could be a complete annihilation, or an epic comback, or a funny situation where your opponent misses your Cocatrice for a dozen time, or a totally unique unseen before strategy that outsmarts your opponents. Whatever it is, I would like you to share your best battle here on this forum topic and stand to win some great prizes!

First place - 5000 DECs (Dark Energy Crystals)
Second place - 2000 SPT (Splintertalk Tokens)
Third place - 1 SBD (Steem dollar)

The cocatrice who just wouldn't die. 21 misses in all. The opponent has a shield tank with healer and repairman, but none of his archers can hit my cocatrice while my archers slowly chip his tank's health.

This looks like fun. Here's my favorite battle, so far. It was from 7 days ago.

I liked the fight because it was one of those times that I beat a Lord Arianthus tank without using a Lord Arianthus tank, too. Lord Arianthus frustrates me, a lot. I really don't like using him, but with most players using him as tank, the best way to deal with it is to use a Lord Arianthus tank, too. So, I like that this fight gave me one creative way to deal with Lord Arianthus.

Of course, this won't work most times. There was a lot of luck involved in the win, which made it all the more fun. I was lucky that the Spirit of the Forest didn't get to dodge and was eliminated quickly. Plus it helped that the opponent didn't have a lot of magic users on his team. Otherwise, my Angel of Life would've been eliminated, changing the the outcome, entirely.

So there you have it. My best battle. One that's all luck and fueled by my frustration with Lord Arianthus. Lol!

The Creeping Ooze that could. In this devastating battle, the sole survivor is the Creeping Ooze that could. This little Ooze delivered the Coup de Grace to a Peacebringer and then took out an Air Elemental all by itself! It took 15 rounds for the Ooze to finally kill the Air Elemental and just in time - cause a single round of battle fatigue would have been the end for the Ooze! The lesson this teaches us is the value of persistance and how even a single point of melee attack can make the difference between victory and defeat!

Just wanted to try something new for this battle, I inserted my stonesplitter orc btn 2 healers coz i thought he'd be relatively safe there... if my opponent didn't use any snipers. He didn't, yaay! Still, when my stonesplitter was the only one left vs 4 monsters I was like, ok, im done! But io behold, one of my greatest comebacks to date for sure!

Things weren't looking good for @hotbit when he lost both the sneaks in Round 3. The opponent still has every melee monsters at full health. But, Haunted Spirit is there to haunt every one of them. Look how he took out the whole lineup by himself!

At first, I questioned his placement, putting Stonesplitter in the middle is really not wise. But towards the end, it gave a surprise comeback by taking out all 4 remaining opponent monsters with only 1 health!
