I really believe in using healthy and nutritional ingredients when I am cooking so I agree with you 100%, dried fruits are wonderful in so many ways (yet not very many people i know eat them!) It's great to be able to incorporate them into breakfast which is the best time for fruit to be consumed. They also help the nuts digest better so it's a win win for the tummy with this breakfast :)
