We all know that losing weight can be difficult, especially if you’re trying to do it on your own. And while losing 10 pounds in 30 days may seem impossible at first, that’s exactly what we’re going to try to do today! In fact, I’m going to walk you through 5 steps that will not only help you lose weight in 30 days, but will also help you keep the weight off for good. Ready? Let’s go!

  1. Set your Goal

    When it comes to weight loss, the key is to set a realistic goal. For example, aim to lose five percent of your body weight over the course of 30 days. This may not seem like much, but it can make a big difference in your health. Plus, you're more likely to stick with a goal that's achievable. Healthy eating and exercise are two important factors when it comes to losing weight, so use these as guidelines for setting your goals. Keep track of what you eat by logging everything on an app or website like My Fitness Pal. It'll be easier to stay within your calorie limit if you know how many calories are in each food item!
